A Water-Efficient Landscape

Total Landscape Care (TLC)

As part of the new TLC contract with UPNA, all 403 residences will have their irrigation systems tested and reported results to the homeowner with a door knocker message left at the front entrance.  This is only an assessment; each owner is responsible for the upkeep of their own irrigation system.  However, TLC performs this task with an estimate of cost.  Owners can elect to do nothing (however, if their system fails, it will be their duty to repair), or they can contract with TLC to do the work, or they can hire another company.

THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN THE WATERING SCHEDULE, AS NOW REQUIRED BY MANATEE COUNTY.
Watering is only ONE DAY A WEEK (Mon, Tues, Wed -- whichever your first day was)
