Compliance Committee
The purpose of the Compliance
Committee is to help the homeowner establish a responsible resolution
within the parameters of the covenants and design
guidelines.
The following are
the current procedures used when a violation occurs. First, a
letter will be issued by AMI citing the violation and allowing the
homeowner to have 14 days to rectify the violation. In the
interim, homeowners can call AMI and receive clarification and/or
discuss the violation.
If a violation has
not been remedied within the allotted 14 days, then a certified second
letter will be sent requesting the homeowner to submit in writing to
AMI a reason for the lack of resolution to the violation.
Also within the second letter a date will be issued for the homeowner
to appear before the Compliance Committee.
It is incumbent that
homeowners appear before the committee so a resolution can
occur. Failure to appear before the committee, without prior
notification to AMI, may result in a fine of 100 dollars a day per
violation. Further action could also occur after the
assessment of fines
The role of the
committee is to follow the covenants and design guidelines which, in
turn, will help maintain a neighborhood development we can all feel
good about now and in the future.
The Compliance
Committee presently consists of five members: List to come
The Compliance Committee meets at 5:30 pm in the Children's
Pool meeting office.
