NOTICE TO HOMEOWNERS 

CONCERNING BOARD MEETINGS

The Board of Directors meets every Monday morning   at 10:00 am at the Charleston Point pool meeting room to conduct association business.

Additionally, the board meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm at the office of AMI, our property management company, at 9031 Town Center parkway in Lakewood Ranch.

All homeowners are invited to attend these meetings.
