Welcome to the University Place Neighborhood Website! Located on the Manatee County side of the Manatee/Sarasota County Border, University Place is a gated community situated on 150 acres in University Park, Florida. University Place was built between 2003 and 2005, and features over 400 homes.
This website is hosted by the University Place Neighborhood Home Owners Association to help further it’s mission of fostering the development of a vibrant and caring community committed to service and well-being.
Since becoming a resident of University Place in 2003, I have had the opportunity to list and sell 8 homes in University Place.
